We stand behind every product we sell. If it doesn't work the way we said it would, you get your money back.
The guarantee
Every Autonomos product has a specific guarantee stated on its product page. The Prospector guarantees qualified leads. The Watcher guarantees competitive insights you didn't already have. Each product tells you exactly what it will deliver.
If the product doesn't meet that stated guarantee within 30 days of purchase, you get a full refund. No hoops, no forms, no interrogation.
How to request a refund
Email hello@autonomosagents.com with your Gumroad receipt and a brief description of what didn't work. That's it.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
What qualifies
- The product didn't deliver on its stated guarantee
- You followed the setup guide and the product still didn't perform as described
- A technical issue prevented the product from working and we couldn't resolve it
What doesn't qualify
We ask that you actually use the product before requesting a refund. Set it up, run it through at least one cycle, and give it a fair shot. If you've done that and it still doesn't deliver — we want to know, and we'll make it right.
Refund requests without any usage of the product may be declined at our discretion, but honestly — we'd rather refund you than have you frustrated. If something isn't right, just reach out.
Our stance
We'd rather give you your money back than have an unhappy customer. Every product has a clear promise. If we don't keep it, you shouldn't pay for it.
